Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream cold, straight from the fridge
  • 2 tbsp pistachio cream cream of pistachio or pistachios butter
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp sugar honey, or maple syrup (optional, depending on your pistachio cream’s sweetness)
  • Iced coffee or cold brew – for serving

Instructions
 

  • Chill Everything First
  • Cold foam whips best when everything is cold. I like to place my mixing bowl and whisk attachment in the freezer for 5 minutes before starting.
  • Mix The Ingredients
  • In your chilled bowl, combine the heavy whipping cream, pistachio cream, vanilla extract, and sugar (if needed).
  • Froth The Mixture
  • Use a handheld milk frother, a whisk, or even an electric mixer. Froth until the mixture thickens into foam. You’re looking for a soft, pourable texture—airy but not stiff like whipped cream.
  • Prepare The Drink Base
  • Fill a glass with ice, then pour in your cold brew or iced coffee.
  • Top With Pistachio Cold Foam
  • Spoon or slowly pour the foam over the coffee. Watch as it floats on top, creating that café-style layered look.
