Chill Everything First
Cold foam whips best when everything is cold. I like to place my mixing bowl and whisk attachment in the freezer for 5 minutes before starting.
Mix The Ingredients
In your chilled bowl, combine the heavy whipping cream, pistachio cream, vanilla extract, and sugar (if needed).
Froth The Mixture
Use a handheld milk frother, a whisk, or even an electric mixer. Froth until the mixture thickens into foam. You’re looking for a soft, pourable texture—airy but not stiff like whipped cream.
Prepare The Drink Base
Fill a glass with ice, then pour in your cold brew or iced coffee.
Top With Pistachio Cold Foam
Spoon or slowly pour the foam over the coffee. Watch as it floats on top, creating that café-style layered look.
Sip And Enjoy
You can stir lightly to mix the pistachio flavor through the drink or sip as is for that perfect blend of coffee and creamy foam in every mouthful.
