- 1 10 oz can Rotel tomatoes (drained slightly)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese or a mix of cheddar and Monterey Jack
- 4 cups Nacho Cheese Doritos crushed
- Optional: 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- Optional: 1 small can green chilies for extra heat
Mix The Filling
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, Rotel tomatoes, sour cream, milk, and taco seasoning. Mix until everything is well combined.
