- 1 package refrigerated pie crust 2 crusts
- 1 ½ cups fresh strawberries chopped
- 3 tbsp white sugar
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 4 oz cream cheese softened
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla flavoring
- 1 egg white beaten (for sealing and brushing)
Step 1: Prepare The Strawberry Filling
In a small saucepan, add chopped strawberries, white sugar, and cornstarch.
Cook over medium heat for 3–4 minutes until the mixture thickens.
Let it cool while you prepare the cream cheese mixture.

Roll out the refrigerated pie crust on a lightly floured surface.
