- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 1 scotch bonnet chilli adjust to taste
- 2 tablespoons palm oil
- 2 tablespoons ground crayfish
- 1 teaspoon seasoning powder
- Salt to taste
- ½ cup cornmeal
- ½ cup flaked smoked catfish fillets
- Warm water as needed
Step 1: Prepare The Base
Place the sliced plantain, red bell pepper, onion, and scotch bonnet into a blender. Add a little warm water. Blend until smooth and thick.
