  • Fresh fruits strawberries, blueberries, oranges, etc.
  • Herbs mint leaves, basil, rosemary, etc.
  • Sweetener honey, agave syrup, stevia, etc.
  • Ice cubes
  • Water

Instructions
 

  • Boil water and prepare your choice of tea as per the instructions.
  • Once the tea is brewed, remove the tea bags or strain loose tea leaves.
  • Allow the tea to cool to room temperature.
  • Meanwhile, prepare your choice of fruits by washing and cutting them into small pieces.
  • Take a tall glass and add a handful of ice cubes.
  • Add the freshly cut fruits and herbs to the glass.
  • Pour the cooled tea over the fruits and herbs.
  • Add your preferred sweetener to the glass, such as honey, agave syrup, or stevia. The amount of sweetener can be adjusted according to your taste.
  • Stir the contents gently to combine the flavors.
  • Place a lid or a cover on the glass and give it a good shake to further infuse the flavors.
  • Let the loaded tea sit for a few minutes, allowing the fruits and herbs to release their essence into the beverage.
  • Once the flavors have melded together, remove the lid and stir the tea.
  • Your DIY loaded tea is now ready to be enjoyed!
