In a large saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
Once the water is boiling, remove it from the heat and add the tea bags.
Let the tea bags steep in the hot water for about 5 minutes.
Remove the tea bags and discard them.
Stir in the sugar until it dissolves completely.
Add the fresh peach slices to the tea mixture.
Allow the tea to cool to room temperature, and then refrigerate it for at least 2 hours to chill thoroughly.
Once chilled, strain the tea to remove the peach slices.
Serve the Peach Tea over ice cubes in individual glasses.
Garnish each glass with a sprig of fresh mint.
