- ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
- ½ cup maple syrup
- ½ cup monkfruit sweetener or another low-sugar sweetener
- 1 tablespoon non-dairy milk almond milk, soy milk, oat milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 ¾ cups oat flour gluten-free if needed
- 2 cups quick oats or rolled oats pulsed
- ½ cup raisins or chopped dates dried fruit of your choice
