  • 8-10 green cardamom pods
  • 2 teaspoons of black tea leaves or tea bags

Boiling Water

  • In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Ensure that the water is fresh and filtered for the best taste.

Adding Cardamom Pods

  • Gently crush 8-10 green cardamom pods to release their flavors. Add them to the boiling water and let it simmer for 3-4 minutes. The longer you simmer, the stronger the cardamom flavor will be.

Infusing Tea Leaves

  • Add 2 teaspoons of black tea leaves or tea bags to the simmering water. Allow the tea to steep for 2-3 minutes, or longer if you prefer a stronger brew. Stir occasionally to ensure proper infusion.

Sweetening Options

  • You can add honey, sugar, or any other preferred sweetener once the tea has been brewed to the strength you prefer. Stir well to dissolve the sweetener and enhance the flavors.
