- Red Tomatoes, Large Size/medium Size/pearl Cut-tomatoes: 2 medium-size or 3 large size or 4 medium size tomatoes.
- Guacamole: 2 large avocados, mashed (approx. 1 cup)
For The Dressing
- Avocado Oil or Mayonnaise: 2 tablespoons (10 milliliters)
- Sugar-free Ketchup or Catsup: 1 teaspoon (5 milliliters)
- Sugar-free BBQ Sauce: 1 tablespoon (15 milliliters )
- Chopped Dill Weed (optional): 1 tablespoon (6 teaspoons )
- Red Wine Vinegar: ½ cup plus one tablespoon (8 ounces)
- Black Pepper, Freshly Ground: 2 teaspoons plus a pinch of salt.
- Baking Soda: 1 teaspoon (5 milliliters)
- Lemon Juice: 1 teaspoon (3 milliliters )
Step By Step Instructions
Step-1: Dice all the vegetables and set them aside for baking.
Step-2: To mix the ingredients for the salad, use a large bowl and add all the salad ingredients except for the Corn, and Sweet.
Step-3: Mix them well and then add corn, and sweet to them.

Step-9: Once you get that your Corn, Sweet is done properly, add them back to the salad bowl and mix them with the salad again properly until they are mixed completely with other ingredients of a salad bowl.
Step-10: Use a Baking Dish or Pan to bake the salad.
Step-11: Then add the greens (lettuce) to the baking dish or pan and distribute them evenly.
Step-12: Now, pour the salad evenly in layers on top of the greens.
Step-13: Bake your Nutty Mixed Up Salad properly at 180 degrees C or 356 degrees F for approximately 15 minutes until it is baked completely on top.
