Bibibop Teriyaki Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
 - 1/2 cup brown sugar
 - 1/4 cup water
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
 - 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
 
Instructions:
- In a small saucepan, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, water, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes (if using).
 - Heat the sauce over medium heat, occasionally stirring, until the sugar has dissolved and the sauce has thickened slightly about 5 minutes.
 - Remove the sauce from the heat and let it cool to room temperature.
 - Use the sauce as a marinade for grilled meats or as a topping for bibimbap bowls. It can also be stored in the fridge for up to a week. Enjoy!
