  • 2 small onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce can substitute with tamari if you don’t like soy.

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Marinate for a few hours in the fridge.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  5. Serve hot.
