  • Garlic cloves, medium-sized piece(s): 2 portions(s)
  • Soy sauce, thick: 1/4 cup
  • Sweet corn: 1/4 cup(s)
  • Sugar, white granulated: 2 tablespoons (s)
  • Aino, (Chinese Herbs): 2 portions(s)
  • Wine, red cooking wine: 1 tablespoon(s)
  • Salt to taste (optional): 1/2 teaspoon
  • Oil : 2 tablespoon(s) sauce.1 tablespoon (approx.)

Directions To Prepare Triple Delight Chinese Food Recipe

Step 1:  To prepare the marinade, combine all ingredients together in a plastic container and shake well. Cover the marinade with cling film.

Step 2:  Marinate the chicken, shrimp, and beef for 30 minutes.

Step 3: Scrape away the excess marinade from all parts of the chicken, shrimp, and beef and pat dry with a kitchen towel before cooking in a pot of boiling soy sauce.

Step 4: In another pot, boil water and add carrots, green peas, and zucchini to cook. When they are half cooked (they will become crisp), drain all ingredients in cold water to stop the faster cooking process.

Step 5: In a wok, pan fry garlic cloves to make them dry up quickly. Add onion and soy sauce to stew until softened.

Step 6: Add sugar and then add wine, boiling fast until the wine is reduced to half the quantity. Add the vegetables and mix well.

Step 7: Add Aino (Chinese Herbs), cooking awhile until well mixed. Now add beef, shrimp, and chicken. Chicken should be placed above the beef and shrimp. Cover the pot with a lid, stew over medium heat for 10 minutes or slow fire for 20 minutes (how long depends on how soft you want chicken meat)

Step 8: Remove from heat and serve hot with rice or chow mein noodles.
