- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 block of cream cheese (8oz)
- 2 cups grated white cheddar cheese
- 1tsp ground pepper
- 2tbsp minced parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
Step-1: Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of boiling water following package instructions. Drain the cooked spaghetti mixture.
Step-2: Meanwhile, in a saucepan, heat the butter over medium heat. When the butter is melted, add the chicken pieces and sauté for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown. Stir frequently and frequently turn to avoid burning or sticking. Transfer chicken pieces to a plate and set aside
Step-3: In a medium saucepan, reduce the butter, then add the garlic, peppers, mushrooms, and chicken. Sauté for about 10 minutes or until all ingredients are cooked through; frequently stirring to avoid scorching. Remove from heat and set aside.
Step-4: In a large pot, add the cooked spaghetti, sautéed chicken mixture, cream, cream cheese, and pepper. Mix well and cook over low heat until all ingredients are well coated. Stir frequently to avoid sticking.
Step-5: Add the grated cheese and mix until mixed well. Turn off the heat and serve with parsley on a platter or in pasta shells.
